I take your fitness goals seriously. I understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and my goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. I will analyze your body type, BMI, and metabolism, to create your individual fitness plan.
Back in April 2017 as was at my heaviest and really unhealthy. Feeling like it was now or never I began a healthy eating plan and by August that year I had lost 5 stone. During my weight loss journey I started going to the gym and running which although at the beginning was hard they supported my weight loss. Since then I have ran in over 150 events and completed 18 marathons. In May 2019 I felt it was time to give something back so started a couch to 5k group for beginners and have trained over 100 people, with some even going on to complete 10k, 1/2 marathons and even full marathons. Although my main passion is running I am fully trained in all types of fitness and can cater for all levels, ages and abilities.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits can be challenging. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
